Coordinator, Center for Student Entrepreneurship Education and Development (C-SEED)
The C-SEED Coordinator leads the daily operations and programming of the Center for Student Entrepreneurship Education and Development, supporting Berry College's undergraduate-focused approach to entrepreneurship education. Reporting to the Dean of the Campbell School of Business, the Coordinator works closely with students to develop entrepreneurial skills, advance early-stage ventures, and deliver experiential learning opportunities that align with the College's mission.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct, hands‑on mentorship to students as they explore ideas, develop ventures, and build professional skills.
- Plan and execute campus-wide programming such as pitch competitions, workshops, networking events, and speaker series.
- Supervise and mentor C-SEED Life Works student employees, including a student consulting team that offers short-term, skill-based support to student entrepreneurs.
- Serve as the fellowship liaison to the Sullivan Foundation, including mentoring Sullivan Fellows and supporting social entrepreneurship programming.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners to expand mentorship, learning opportunities, and student engagement.
- Oversee C-SEED communications and outreach efforts, including coordination of social media and promotion of student success stories, in collaboration with the college communication plan.
- Provide administrative and programmatic support for affiliated initiatives such as Sigma Nu Tau (Entrepreneurship Honor Society) and the BCEMS Junior Entrepreneurs.
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business or entrepreneurship preferred.
- Experience working with undergraduate students in program coordination, advising, or mentoring roles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, or social enterprise.
This position is well-suited for a candidate who enjoys close interaction with students, collaborative work across campus, and hands‑on program leadership within a small, mission-driven college environment.
