We need a dedicated Lead Teacher in Rome, GA to guide our classroom, inspire young learners, and deliver a fun daily curriculum.

• Plan and teach daily lessons
• Keep children safe and happy
• Talk with parents every day

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid state teaching credentials
• Past work in a classroom

• Degree in early childhood education
• First aid and CPR certification

Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with state educational standards.

Manage daily classroom operations to ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere.

Assess and track student progress, providing regular updates and feedback to parents and administration.

• Proven work experience as a Lead Teacher or in a similar educational role.
• Valid state teaching certification or relevant early childhood education credentials.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience with specialized curriculum planning and differentiated instruction.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Bilingual communication skills.
