Kerry is hiring an Asset Reliability Manager based at the Rome, Georgia plant to improve asset reliability across the coatings and proteins network. Travel up to 50% within the USA is expected, reporting to the Director of Engineering.
Responsibilities include driving KPI improvements, developing PM programs, managing spare parts, and leading RCA/DMAIC analyses to optimize site reliability and knowledge transfer across facilities.
