Advent Health - 501 Redmond Rd NW - Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all incoming communications by answering calls professionally, forwarding them appropriately, and providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, physicians, and staff.;
Coordinate after-hours operations by contacting key personnel as needed and maintaining accurate on-call schedules and staff contact information.;
Monitor, respond to, and communicate hospital emergency codes, disaster alerts, and alarm systems in accordance with established procedures.;
Execute overhead announcements accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of proficiency to support hospital operations and safety.;
Maintain detailed operational call logs and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure timely resolution of requests and issues.
