Farmers Home Furniture seeks a collections assistant to locate, notify, and secure payments from customers with delinquent accounts. You will contact customers by text or phone, review terms, and document all interactions while posting received payments.
You will travel to customer locations as needed for collections, assist with repossessions when approved, and prepare legal action paperwork for severely delinquent accounts.
