Role DescriptionThis part-time, hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) contractor role is based in Rome, GA. The BCBA will primarily operate in a consultative and supervisory capacity, providing Behavior Specialist Support, BCBA supervision, and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision within a partnered school district.
Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, supporting intervention planning, collaborating with interdisciplinary school teams, delivering BACB-compliant supervision, and providing coaching and performance feedback. The BCBA will also participate in structured consultation and coordination meetings designed to promote consistent, sustainable behavioral support practices.
This role emphasizes systems-level impact, collaboration, and clinical problem-solving rather than direct therapy delivery.
Qualifications- Strong experience in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA) and developing behavior intervention plans
- Proficiency in providing BACB-compliant supervision for RBTs and/or trainees
- Skilled in data collection, interpretation, and data-driven clinical decision-making
- Strong collaboration and consultation skills within interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current BCBA certification and adherence to BACB ethical guidelines
- Experience in school-based, consultative, or systems-level behavioral services preferred
- Ability to work within a hybrid service delivery model (in-person and virtual)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
