Primary Therapist
Join our team as a Primary Therapist in an outpatient setting, providing individual and group therapy to individuals recovering from substance abuse and mental health challenges.
Responsibilities- Assess clients, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
- Ensure timely, compliant documentation and coordinate with referral sources to support client progress.
- Manage a caseload, facilitate family and crisis interventions, and promote client responsibility and recovery.
Qualifications include a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field, eligibility for licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), computer proficiency, and at least two years of post-licensure experience if licensed. Preference for those with recovery experience.
