Home Health Schedule &
Shifts:
Holidays, weekends, weekdays, days, nights, and overnights4, 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available
Full-time and part-time options
Supplemental Pay Bonus pay Overtime pay Education
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience Vital signs monitoring: 1 year (Preferred)
Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
Dementia or Alzheimer's experience a plus
Work Location GA – open to candidates within a 20-mile radius, including Roswell, Johns Creek, Milton, Cumming, Sandy Springs, Duluth, Rome, Woodstock and surrounding communities.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide mobility support and help with safe transfers around the home Prepare meals and assist with feeding, following dietary preferences or restrictions
Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and tidying living spaces
Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation or activities
Assist with errands, grocery shopping, or transportation to appointments
Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Communicate regularly with family members or supervisors about client needs and changes
Follow care plans and schedules provided by the agency or family
Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition or behavior
