Medical Center is a 304-bed, full-service hospital located in Rome, Georgia. Serving as the main campus for , this hospital provides a certified Chest Pain Center, a designated Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence and a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. and also is home to a state-designated Level II Trauma Center and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and has specialty centers for pediatrics, and wound care and hyperbaric therapy.

Average patients/day: 8-11 Patients per therapist per day.

Minimum Years of Experience required: Prefer 1 year of relevant experience

orthopedics, debility, spinal cord, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, fractures, post-op, cardiac

Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:

Licensed in the state of Georgia, BLS
SLP:
Licensed in the state of Georgia, BLS

Skills required:

Ability to treat above common diagnoses and work independently with minimal oversight.
SLP: for Modified Barium Swallow test & FEEs assessments

Support within the Department:

The Rehab department has over 20 Teammates (therapist and aides) working daily with Administration on site.
