Salesforce Administrator

Location: Rome, GA (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support, enhance, and optimize our Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, customer service teams, and IT to ensure Salesforce effectively supports business processes and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce administration expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience leading and supporting change management initiatives to drive user adoption and successful implementation of new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve sales, customer service, and operational processes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business performance and decision-making.
• Manage user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security configurations.
• Support data quality initiatives, including data governance, cleansing, deduplication, and integrity monitoring.
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production releases.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers and third-party vendors to implement enhancements and integrations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user support and training.
• Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and knowledge articles.

Change Management Responsibilities

• Lead and support organizational change management efforts associated with Salesforce enhancements and new functionality.
• Develop communication plans, training materials, and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation of platform changes.
• Partner with business leaders to understand impacts of system changes and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Drive user engagement and adoption by conducting training sessions, workshops, and feedback sessions.
• Assess change readiness and identify potential risks associated with new processes and technology implementations.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across Salesforce-related business processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Hands-on experience administering both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow, automation tools, reporting, dashboards, and security models.
• Demonstrated experience supporting change management initiatives, user adoption programs, and end-user training.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into system configurations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working within Agile or project-based environments.
