Order Fulfillment Associate

Position Summary

This position is to ensure all parts orders are fulfilled and invoiced in a timely manner, all parts are correctly inventoried and located, and to maintain the general appearance and functionality of the parts department.

• Look‑up and pull parts for assemblers.
• Research delivery time frames for backordered parts.
• Enter sales orders and invoices.
• Process shipping labels.
• Answer phone calls and help dealers find parts in IPL and track shipments.
• Pull, pack, and ship parts orders to dealers (both domestic and international).
• Check‑in and put‑up incoming stock orders and returns; this includes air shipments and containers.
• Relocate items as necessary and make changes in the business systems.
• Check inventory levels and notify the parts manager of any discrepancies.
• Pull and secure parts orders on pallets for LTL shipments.
• Load and unload shipments as they arrive and leave.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• General knowledge of computers.
• Ability to type.
