Availability Specialist
Meet the Management Plan $ sales, unit sales and profit objectives
Manage the planning of physical distribution of company products to meet company and customer requirements. This includes inventory planning & control, product availability. Markets include US and Canada
Manage with Sector the production volumes designated to the US Market, both for Original Equipment and Replacement channel
Discuss with the Producers the mix to be produced and shipped to the US Market
Manage the stock balancing between the warehouses.
Meet KPI's on inventory levels and customer fill rates
Manage relationships and information availability with sales, customers, supply-producing countries and Sector Logistics
Supply the data's about the stock, in transit, back order recovery plan, production for the financial forecasts
Optimize Rome MIRS production requirement and allocation process with inputs from Sales, Manufacturing and Sector Logistics
Manage the export. MIRS production, overstock, overage
Requirements:
Logistics experience
Analytical
College degree preferred in logistics, business, engineering or supply-chain management
Strong MS office skills
25%-50% Travel
Base salary 65k-75k plus benefits
