We’re looking for a Management Trainee / Branch Manager to join our Rome location. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to Michael Held
, with no middle management layer. You’ll support branch operations, work closely with the senior agent, and help fill a key position on the team. This role comes with a structured training program to learn the ins and outs of rental operations, setting you up for rapid advancement into Director of Rental Operations

• Manage branch operations and daily rental activities
• Work closely with senior agent to support customers and oversee operations
• Fill a key third-person role missing from current team structure
• Learn all aspects of rental operations through structured training program
• Assist in sales, account management, and customer relationship building
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

• 1+ years B2B experience in sales, operations, or management
• Hands-on, high-energy, self-motivated, and accountable
• Interest in vehicles, equipment, or service operations
• Positive, can-do attitude with entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable engaging with customers and working in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment

• Direct path to Director of Rental Operations as branch grows

Bachelor’s Degree (BA) preferred
