Machine Operator - CTD - 1st Shift

• RESPONSIBILITIES Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, change overs, etc.) Control and adjust machine settings
• Inspect with precision and measuring tools
• Test operation of machine periodically Correct issues that might occur during the shift
• Maintain activity log Ensure machine is working at full capacity and producing quality product
• May be placed into job rotation
• Complete standard work and quality checks
• Visual check on quality Complete process control sheet Complete 5s Checklist Keep work area clean and organized
• Work individually or with team members as assigned
• Always observe safety policies and procedures, including use of required PPE Work individually or with team members as assigned Maintain a clean, organized and positive work environment
• Work mandatory overtime as needed Other duties as assigned by supervisor
