Autonomous Reliability Coordinator
Description:
Are you passionate about improving equipment reliability, solving problems, and helping teams achieve better performance? As an Autonomous Reliability Coordinator
, you ll play a key role in supporting and advancing our Autonomous Maintenance (AM) program by working closely with operators, maintenance teams, and plant leadership to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and strengthen operational excellence throughout the bakery.
This is an onsite, hourly union position based at our Rome, GA bakery
, working Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
, with flexibility based on business needs. The starting hourly pay rate for this position is $28.96
. In this role, you ll use your manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement mindset to build operator capability, improve equipment ownership, and help drive sustainable results in a 24/7 production environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience operating, troubleshooting, adjusting, or supporting equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience participating in continuous improvement, TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, Lean Manufacturing, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Experience using problem-solving tools such as 5 Why analysis, Fishbone Diagrams, or root cause analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices, including lockout/tagout and OSHA safety requirements.
- Ability to understand equipment operation, equipment performance measures, and manufacturing processes.
