** 3 x 12 hour shifts, rotating weekends, 7pm-7am

** Sign on Bonus:**  $15,000

+ Identifies and formulates expected outcomes based on diagnoses, ensuring they are realistic, attainable, and culturally appropriate.

+ Develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare providers, ensuring continuity and documentation.

+ Implements interventions from the plan of care safely, timely, and appropriately, documenting actions taken.

+ Evaluates patient progress towards outcomes, revising diagnoses, outcomes, and plans of care as needed.

+ Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.

+ Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff, maintaining professional relationships and promoting a positive environment. Educates patients and families on health conditions, procedures, and care plans, ensuring understanding and compliance.

+ Participates in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and nursing practices.

+ Serves as a patient advocate, ensuring patient rights and needs are respected and addressed. Collects and documents patient health data systematically and continuously.

+ Analyzes assessment data to determine and validate diagnoses with the patient, family, and healthcare providers. Other duties as assigned.

- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred]

- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) [Preferred]
