MGR INTERVIEW
Minimum Years of Experience required: 2 years Cath Lab experience. Will accept first time traveler
Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance: BLS, ACLS
EMR: EPIC
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
Cath Lab – Chest pain, LHC, RHC, PTCA, stent. EP – Ablations, loop recorders, pacemaker/defib placement
Skills required:
Scrub and circulate Cath and EP procedures, Prep and Recovery
For RNs:
Circulate, administer moderation sedation, titrate and manage critical drips, prep/recover patients will float to Prep/Recovery area
Floating:
Yes, RNs will float to Cath Lab Prep/Recovery area and care for patients there
