* Job Description:
*
* + Maintains general and unit-specific mandatory certifications and competencies. Evaluates and monitors all cath lab patients to ensure their safety and well-being throughout procedures.
+ Utilize aseptic technique and follow CDC isolation guidelines, proper use of PPE, and rigorous hand hygiene.
+ Respond appropriately during clinical emergencies and evaluate interventions' effectiveness.
+ Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
+ Documents all nursing activities and patient information accurately and comprehensively.
+ Transports patients to and from the cath procedural area safely and efficiently.
+ Maintains compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Serves as a patient advocate, upholding the patient bill of rights.
+ Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changing systems and procedures.
+ Participates in professional development and continuous learning opportunities. Other duties as assigned.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
* - Must have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care that addresses the physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and age appropriate needs of the patient population served within the department.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records systems, with a preference for experience in Meditech or EPIC charting systems.
- Familiarity with Merge Hemodynamics system is preferred.

- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

* Work Experience:

* - 2+ meditech or epic charting systems [Preferred]
- 2+ merge hemodynamics system [Preferred]
- 2+ previous cath lab , critical care, er or icu experience [Preferred]
- 2+ rn experience in clinical setting [Required]
** Licenses and
Certifications:

* - Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
** Pay Range:*
* $31.44 - $54.92
