Schedule Details: 24 hours weekly, clinic hours Monday-Friday 8:00AM–4:30PM.
Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30
Where You Will WorkThe Heart Failure Clinic provides specialized care to patients with chronic heart conditions, focusing on symptom management, medication optimization, and lifestyle education. The role emphasizes close monitoring, patient counseling, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life and reduce hospitalizations. It is a dynamic environment that combines clinical expertise with compassionate support for patients and their families.
Qualifications- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the RN practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision‑making, communicate compassionately, and lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
