Schedule:

Full time – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday – Day Shift, No Call, No Holidays

The Clinical Manager oversees daily operations of the oncology infusion unit, including staffing, budgeted supply usage, and clinical care for all age groups. The role includes 24‑hour supervision, ensuring compliance with JCAHO standards, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with the Director on long‑term human resource and financial planning.

• Education:
  
  Minimum associate’s degree in nursing; BSN preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum two years of managerial experience at unit level, with strong oncology and chemotherapy administration background.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Current RN license in the applicable state; ACLS and BCLS certified.
• Leadership:
  Preferable prior leadership experience guiding a small, high‑performing team.
