Address: 501 REDMOND RD NW, ROME, GA 30165

Job Title: Registered Nurse – 3 x 12 hour shifts (7:00 am–7:00 pm, rotating weekends)

Minimum Pay: $35.00 per hour

Sign‑On Bonus: $20,000

Responsibilities
  • Identify and formulate expected outcomes based on diagnoses, ensuring they are realistic, attainable, and culturally appropriate.
  • Develop individualized care plans with the patient, family, and healthcare team, ensuring continuity and documentation.
  • Implement care plan interventions accurately, documenting actions taken.
  • Evaluate patient progress toward outcomes and revise diagnoses, outcomes, and care plans as needed.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff, maintaining professional relationships and fostering a positive environment.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, procedures, and care plans to ensure understanding and compliance.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and nursing practices.
  • Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring rights and needs are respected and addressed.
  • Collect and document patient health data systematically and continuously.
  • Analyze assessment data to determine and validate diagnoses with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
Work Experience
  • 1+ year of acute care nursing experience (preferred)
Licenses and Certifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) – Required
  • Basic Life Support – CPR Certified (BLS) – Required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certified (ACLS) – Required
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certified (PALS) – Preferred
  • Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) – Preferred
Pay Range

$30.40 – $54.92 per hour
