Pay Range$43.30 - $64.95
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic orthopedic conditions in an outpatient clinic
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical exams
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies as appropriate
- Interpret diagnostic imaging and test results (X‑rays, MRI, CT scans)
- Perform in‑office procedures such as joint injections, aspirations, splinting, and casting
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery expectations
- Collaborate closely with orthopedic physicians, clinical staff, and medical group operations
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current state licensure and national certification as an NP or PA
- Orthopedic experience preferred; strong orthopedic interest required
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced outpatient environment
- Strictly office‑based (no hospital, call, or surgical responsibilities)
- Part‑time schedule: three days per week
- Employed position within Harbin Clinic’s medical group operations
