Education / Experience Required- High school graduate or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and follow instructions as required.
- Good communication skills.
- Courteous and professional interpersonal skills.
- Basic math calculation skills.
CPR (Heart Saver) certified within 6 months of employment. Certification as a Nursing Assistant by the State of Illinois.

- The Certified Nursing Assistant works under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
- Recognizes the needs and behaviors of patients of various age groups and provides care in a manner that is age appropriate.
- Assists with patient care activities, including personal hygiene, feeding, mobility assistance, and basic medical care as required.
