Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

Unit Overview:
Our unit is a 23‑bed Progressive Care Unit specializing in neurological care. We are recognized as a Primary Stroke Center and hold Advanced Spine Care Certification, ensuring the highest standards of treatment and monitoring for complex neurological conditions.

Primary Population:
Stroke patients requiring specialized interventions;
Elective spine surgeries with advanced post‑operative care;
Seizure disorders needing continuous observation and management;
Patients requiring progressive/step‑down level monitoring and interventions.

Secondary Population:
We also provide care for patients with other neurological conditions, including Myasthenia Gravis, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Cardene, Amiodarone, Heparin, Insulin; NIHSS;
Neuro patient care experience.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Add additional preferred qualifications

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
