Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center in Rome, GA, is seeking a skilled RN for a 36-bed General Surgery/Trauma Step-Down unit. This full-time role is 36 hours per week, with a 7a–7p schedule and a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour.
A 6–8 week orientation and a 1:4 nurse‑to‑patient ratio support your ramp‑up. You will engage in nursing processes from assessment to evaluation, collaborate with the care team, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and promote safety and quality initiatives.
