Schedule:

3–12-hour shifts per week, nights 7:00 pm–7:00 am, rotating weekends and holidays. Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30.

Location:

Atrium Health Floyd is launching an 11‑bed High Acuity Progressive Care Unit (HAU) in early 2026.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Additional preferred qualifications.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

• Base compensation within the listed pay range based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
