Charge Nurse; LPN​/RN

Co Competitive Salary ~ Night Shift Charge Nurse, LPN or RN ~ 7pm - 7am

We are searching for dynamic, caring nurses to join our team in Rome, Ga.

Provide Routine Nursing Care.

• Assess and complete day-to-day nursing assessments.
• Clinically assess residents: spend time getting to know your residents and, with adequate time, complete treatment plans based on a true knowledge of resident needs. Record and monitor vital signs; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work with team members: serve residents alongside CNAs, ensuring care and assignments are completed while communicating effectively with families and residents.

Applicants must be professional and demonstrate comprehensive nursing skills as well as a compassionate character for resident care. Prior skilled healthcare experience is required. Must hold a Georgia state or multi-state license in good standing. Satisfactory completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screen is required.

Health benefits are offered 60 days after the start of employment. Paid time off (PTO) starts accruing after 90 days. 401(k) and Insta-Pay Demand (early pay, prior to payday) are available.
