. This position offers a diverse clinical experience managing patients in inpatient, outpatient dialysis, and clinic settings
, with a focus on chronic kidney disease (CKD) and hypertension

- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No weekends; shared call with physician
- No after‑hours requirements
- Perform patient evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Manage acute and chronic kidney‑related conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Provide patient education and promote self‑care
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Prescribe medications per state guidelines
- Support quality improvement initiatives
- Licensed NP or PA
- Nephrology experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
