We’re growing and looking for an exceptional Registered Nurse On‑Call (RNOC) to join our Care Family.
What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care using the nursing process
- Collaborate closely with the Interdisciplinary Team
- Perform admissions, follow‑up visits, and patient pronouncements
- Manage pain and symptoms with confidence and expertise
- Educate patients and families and evaluate outcomes
- Offer compassionate support to families at the time of death
- Maintain high standards of clinical competence and professionalism
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse license
- Ability to work a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation
- Strong clinical assessment and time‑management skills
- Comfort performing admissions and pronouncements
- Passion for patient‑centered, compassionate care
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the team
- Hospice case management
- Critical Care, Surgery, or Oncology nursing
