Pay Range: $51.05 - $76.60
The Oncology Infusion Clinic is an outpatient infusion department dedicated exclusively to oncology care and committed to delivering high‑quality, compassionate service. We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager with a strong oncology background and recent experience in administering chemotherapy agents. Leadership experience is preferred to guide a small, highly experienced team in a collaborative environment where coworkers support one another and work together to deliver exceptional patient care and promote positive outcomes.
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the assigned unit, including monitoring staffing and supply usage within budgetary constraints, directing clinical care for all patient age groups, and planning the growth and development of unit services. The Clinical Manager will have 24‑hour responsibility for the supervision of the assigned area, ensuring compliance with JCAHO standards and continuous improvement in patient care processes.
The role works closely with the Director to provide input into long‑term human resource planning and financial planning for the unit.
- Minimum of an associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited institute; BSN desirable.
- Minimum of two years of managerial experience at unit level.
- Current RN licensure in the applicable state.
- ACLS and BCLS certified.
- Base compensation listed within the pay range based on qualifications, skills, experience, and training.
