We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Restaurant Manager with either a college degree or 5 years of minimum work experience managing a team to oversee daily operations and lead a dynamic team at our local restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness, and managing staff effectively. As a key part of our leadership team, you will drive the overall success of the restaurant while fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff to meet high-performance standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by addressing guest concerns, monitoring service quality, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory control, order supplies, and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage employee scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
- Handle financial transactions, including cash management and daily reporting.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and build customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with upper management on business strategies, staffing, and restaurant development.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a leadership role in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and POS systems.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and driving a positive team culture.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Either college degree or 5 years minimum work experience managing a team.
