Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services;
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise;
Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and applying the Open Door Policy;
Delivers results while putting the customer first and makes decisions balancing short and long-term priorities;
Promotes the Company’s products and services and participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
