About the RoleThis position sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise.
The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services.
Leads are generated through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting.
- Estimated first-year earnings range: $30,000 - $45,000
- Uncapped commission and earnings.
- Training Pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred in Business, Marketing, and/or Sales.
- 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
- Experience working in a CRM preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Availability to work holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.
