Commercial​/Residential Estimator or Sales

Commission Only Residential Roofing Sales Specialist

Due to our significant growth, Midian Roofing Inc. is seeking a Residential Roofing Sales Specialist to work with our Rome, GA team. This position is a non‑employee, commission‑only independent contractor role.

Position Overview:

This role spends 80% of time in the field, engaging potential customers and presenting sales pitches. Excellent training is provided. Potential pay ranges from $50k to $150k based on motivation.

• Use CRM system to manage leads, quotes and sales
• Upload pictures or videos to cloud system
• Follow up on all customer contacts

Must have a working knowledge of most commercial roof systems. Qualifications include:

• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial/residential roofing systems
• Willing to work flexible hours – on call possible nights, weekends, and/or holidays
• Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions
• Physically capable of heavy lifting, climbing ladders, etc.
• Team player
• Must have transportation to Midian Roofing

Will work under Commercial Superintendent. Responsible for crew and bringing jobs in on time and within budget. Qualifications to include all items listed above for commercial roofers and the following:

• Minimum 5 years experience in all commercial roofing systems
• Full knowledge of all commercial roof systems
• Know safety regulations (OSHA etc.)
• Bilingual is a plus but not necessary
• Driver’s license is a plus

Will work under lead commercial estimator. Will price jobs and must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

• Experience with Edge Estimating Program
• Full knowledge of all commercial/residential roofing systems
• Familiar with manufacturer’s specifications
• Ability to read blueprints and complete job take-offs
• Detail-oriented and organized
