- Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Subject to change; includes on-call rotations for emergency maintenance)
- Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of building maintenance experience; working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

What You’ll Do /Key Responsibilities
As our Facilities Maintenance Technician
, you’ll be the go-to person keeping our buildings running smoothly. In this active role, your daily routine as a General Maintenance Worker will include:
- Repairing minor plumbing (toilets, sinks) and electrical tasks (breakers, lighting, and ballasts).
- Helping with preventative maintenance technician duties like replacing HVAC filters, changing belts, and fixing doors or walls.
- Handling basic building carpentry, prepping, painting, and reviewing daily work orders.
- Safely managing your daily tasks using the proper tools, company vehicle, and PPE.
- 1+ years of experience in a commercial or facilities maintenance role.
- Hands‑on skills in basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and carpentry.
- Ability to stand, climb ladders safely, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- A reliable, team‑first attitude and great attention to detail.
