• Location: On-site | 25 Darlington Drive, Rome, GA
• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Subject to change; includes on-call rotations for emergency maintenance)
• Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of building maintenance experience; working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

As our Facilities Maintenance Technician
, you’ll be the go-to person keeping our buildings running smoothly. In this active role, your daily routine as a General Maintenance Worker will include:

• Repairing minor plumbing (toilets, sinks) and electrical tasks (breakers, lighting, and ballasts).
• Helping with preventative maintenance technician duties like replacing HVAC filters, changing belts, and fixing doors or walls.
• Handling basic building carpentry, prepping, painting, and reviewing daily work orders.
• Safely managing your daily tasks using the proper tools, company vehicle, and PPE.

• 1+ years of experience in a commercial or facilities maintenance role.
• Hands‑on skills in basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and carpentry.
• Ability to stand, climb ladders safely, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
• A reliable, team‑first attitude and great attention to detail.
