POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

• Level 1 Laborer – Entry-Level (No Experience Needed!)

• Ideal for those eager to enter the trades and build a lasting career
• Full, paid training and certifications provided by CDG
• Tools and gear fully supplied by the company

• Level 2 Steel Erection Laborer – Intermediate Experience

• Prior experience with steel erection, framing, or general construction is preferred
• Opportunity for rapid advancement into supervisory roles
• Company-provided certification and ongoing skill development

• Level 2 Mitigation Technician – Intermediate Experience

• Experience in water, fire, mold, or disaster remediation preferred
• Training provided in advanced mitigation techniques and safety standards
• Excellent opportunity for advancement into supervisory and lead roles

• Level 3 Telehandler Lift Operator / Lead Erector – Advanced

• Must have proven experience operating heavy equipment (telehandlers, aerial lifts)
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills required
• All equipment certifications fully covered by Cerrito Development, Inc.
