Climate Express Drivers make America great one mile at a time, running many miles. Drivers will load and empty dry van and reefer trucks, performing one pick/one drop or drop and hook operations with 100% no‑touch freight. Trucks include 2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic models with large built‑in refrigerators and other safety features.

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks
• 70 L / 96 W sleepers, larger than average built‑in refrigerators
• Auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radios
• Ergonomically designed seats and steering positions

Safety is a shared responsibility. The operations team dispatches drivers safely and legally, focusing on the middle corridor of the United States. Trucks receive regular maintenance and shop support is available 24/7.

Drivers regularly meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. Operations is available 24/7.

Pay is based on work record and experience, with loaded and empty practical miles. Potential annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses are offered. Top performers earned over $100k last year.
