CDL-A Solo Truck Driver & Team

Kottke Trucking, Inc. is now hiring experienced Commercial Driver's License Class A (CDL-A) Solo and Team Truck Drivers to run freight across the Midwest and Southeast. This position requires a minimum of 12 months of verifiable driving experience and offers consistent home time.

Position Overview

• Solo and Team driving opportunities available
• Consistent, regular home time
• 98% no-touch freight
• $2,500 referral bonus plus one week of paid vacation per referral

Compensation

• Solo Company Drivers: $1,200–$1,700 weekly
• Average annual earnings: $75,000–$85,000
• Team Company Drivers: $3,000–$5,000 weekly, split
• Monthly bonus program

• Detention, layover, and stop pay

Route Information

• Solo Company Drivers:
  Home every 10–12 days; routes cover the entire Midwest-to-Southeast customer base
• Team Drivers:
  Routes cover the Midwest to the Southeast, with frequent runs between Minnesota and Georgia
• Freight types: 53-foot refrigerated trailers, dry van freight, and produce

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of driving experience
• Must pass DOT physical examination and drug screening
• Approved driving record
• Reefer (refrigerated trailer) experience preferred
