Have a passion for leading teams and driving inventory excellence? As a Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO) Supervisor at our Rome, Georgia manufacturing facility
, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability of spare parts and materials that keep our equipment running safely and reliably.
- MRO Inventory & Storeroom Leadership – Oversee daily MRO storeroom operations, inventory accuracy, safety stock levels, cycle counts, and third‑party storeroom performance.
- SAP & Data Integrity – Maintain and optimize SAP master data including part descriptions, lead times, criticality, and inventory parameters.
- Purchasing & Replenishment – Manage indirect material purchasing, create and release purchase requisitions, and track deliveries to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Cost & KPI Management – Own inventory value targets, monitor financial KPIs, generate daily inventory and financial reports, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement & Collaboration – Partner with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and vendors to support work orders, shutdowns, kitting activities, and spare parts refurbishment programs.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in MRO, inventory or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment
- Hands‑on experience managing MRO inventory and indirect materials
- Advanced SAP experience related to material management and inventory control
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Experience managing inventory budgets and driving cost optimization
The annual salary range is $75,400 - $98,910, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
