ADV Junior Procurement

In order to strengthen the AFC team, we are looking for a Junior Procurement Intern. The selected candidate will mainly be responsible for:

Supporting the collection and organization of purchase requests from various company departments
Updating and maintaining supplier master data in the management systems
Providing operational support in the creation and monitoring of purchase orders (POs)
Managing the archiving of documentation related to the procurement process and supporting the department’s administrative activities

Requirements:

Technical-commercial diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics or related fields
Interest in procurement activities and administrative processes
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Proactivity, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit
Good knowledge of the English language

Rome
