Manage the Director's agenda and coordinate business trips
Prepare documentation for digital presentations and support the director in meeting preparations
Collect, interpret and summarize quantitative and qualitative data for the management
Draft clear and structured reports documents for the management
Assist in organizing travel, meetings, and expense reimbursements for the director
Facilitate internal and external communications for the director
The profile will be asked to have a proactive approach, trying to understand business needs and requirements appropriately

Qualifications:
Education:
University Degree in Business Administration, a Biomedical or Biology field would be considered aswell
Languages:
Fluent in English and Italian. French and any other language skill will be appreciated
Experience:
2/3 years experience in administrative support roles would be preferred
Technical Knowledge:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. SAP would be highly considerated
Workplace: CID SPA, Via Crescentino SNC, 13040 SALUGGIA (VC) – (Smart-working not applicable)
Contract type: to be evaluated based on the gained experience
