What You'll Do Manage office operations, administrative processes, and resources to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, events, travel, and other administrative activities to support business priorities and leadership effectiveness.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Prepare, edit, and maintain professional documents, presentations, reports, and communications with a high degree of accuracy and quality.
Maintain organized records, manage confidential information with discretion, and ensure data integrity across systems and processes.
Provide proactive administrative support, anticipate business needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Create a welcoming and professional environment for employees, visitors, and business partners, ensuring a positive workplace experience.
Support special projects, team initiatives, and cross-functional activities as needed to help achieve organizational objectives.
What You'll Bring to the Table High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role required.
Knowledge of office administration, business operations, and administrative best practices.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings and events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to solve problems, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
