Senior Business Manager

TMC Italy  is seeking a  Business Manager  to lead and grow our  Mechanic, Automation and Defense  business. This role focuses on driving business expansion, developing strategic customer relationships, and managing a high‑value portfolio of engineering consultants..
This position is ideal for a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional who aspires to build and manage a full business unit within an international engineering consultancy context.

Key Responsibilities
Support sourcing and recruitment activities for new engineering resources to be hired within TMC
Actively prospect new clients and identify new business needs.
Support the development of new customer relationships and long-term partnerships
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure business continuity and growth
Act as a link between clients and assigned engineers to support engagement quality and satisfaction
Support the operational follow-up of ongoing assignments, ensuring stability, performance, and retention
Contribute to account development strategies aimed at expanding existing business
Support commercial follow-ups, client communications, and internal coordination activities

Requirements
~ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering  ,  Mechanics, Business, or related field.
~1-2+ years of experience  in  consultancy  , ideally in areas such as Mechanic, Automation, Defense, or industrial engineering services.
~ Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with a client‑oriented mindset.
~ Strong proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and professional communication platforms.
~ Fluency in Italian, English;
French is a plus for international coordination.
