Investment Analyst – Roma   at  Page Personnel     An international, fast‑growing firm operating in the investment and strategic consulting sector, with a strong focus on growth initiatives and business development. A leading global Private Equity fund managing approximately €7 billion, specializing in leveraged buyouts and committed to sustainable growth and long‑term value creation.
The Analyst will join the Strategic Support Team and assist senior colleagues in market analysis, deal origination, commercial due diligence, and operational support for portfolio companies’ development projects. The role offers direct exposure to international environments, frequent travel, and interaction with cross‑functional teams, external advisors, and corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities    Support market analysis and sector research to identify investment opportunities
Assist in preparing presentation materials and investment memos
Participate in calls with industry experts and advisors to gather insights
Contribute to organizing meetings and board sessions for portfolio companies
Monitor market trends and update internal databases
Qualifications    Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or related fields from a top‑tier university
At least 1 year of prior experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, or similar environments
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluent in English; knowledge of a second European language is a plus
Proactive, curious, and team‑oriented mindset
Willingness to travel internationally
