Per azienda cliente del settore telecomunicazioni ed ICT selezioniamo:
Administrative specialist – Chinese Speaker
Main Responsibilities
A. Accommodation Service
1. Daily Operations:
Manage bookings for company apartments and support expatriate hotel arrangements during settling-in.
2. Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with service vendors for check-in/out, maintenance, routine inspections, and shuttle services.
3. Financial Control:
Verify monthly rentals/service charges, and support annual contract reviews with operational analysis.
B. Physical Assets Management
1. Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the full lifecycle of physical assets (registration, stocktaking, disposal) and guide internal employees.
2. IT Procurement & Logistics:
Plan budgets, procure, and manage administrative laptops/accessories, including onboarding/offboarding delivery and returns.
3. Compliance & Disposal:
Handle asset scrapping and disposal in accordance with company policies and compliance regulations.
C. Management of Dining Services
1. Process Optimization:
Develop localized catering regulations, optimize service processes, and address employee dining needs.
2. Quality & Feedback:
Conduct monthly satisfaction surveys, manage complaints, and ensure supplier food/service quality through a closed-loop tracking system.
3. Supplier & Financial Governance:
Monitor supplier performance and review financial data to ensure fund safety and account accuracy.
Requirements
1. Trilingual Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English, Italian and Chinese is mandatory. You must demonstrate the ability to align diverse, cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
2. Operational Agility:
Proven track record of managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to maintain internal and external relationship effectively.
3. Advanced Technical Stack:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
Orario di lavoro: LUNEDì- VENERDì 9-18, 40H SETTIMANALI
Offerta Contrattuale:
Tempo determinato in somministrazione 12 mesi
Inserimento con contratto di somministrazione 12 mesi
CCNL applicato: telecomunicazioni
Livello di inquadramento: 4-5 livello
Retribuzione prevista: RAL 27-30K definita in base all’inquadramento contrattuale, alle mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione.
Sono inoltre previsti ticket 7 euro
Luogo di lavoro:
Milano o Roma
