We are seeking Senior Consultants to join our consulting team in Milano, Italy. In this role, you will leverage your extensive consulting expertise to develop, refine, and implement strategic templates and frameworks that drive organizational excellence. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, guiding clients through complex business challenges while building and mentoring a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with visionary thinking to deliver transformative solutions.
Design, develop, and optimize consulting templates and methodologies that enhance service delivery and client outcomes
Lead complex client engagements from initiation through completion, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
Conduct in-depth business process analysis and provide strategic recommendations for organizational improvement
Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify best practices and drive innovation in consulting approaches
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and client executives with clarity and impact
Contribute to the development of thought leadership content and industry insights
Ensure compliance with consulting standards and organizational policies across all engagements
5+ years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or related advisory roles
Proven track record of successfully leading client engagements and managing complex projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Demonstrated expertise in business process improvement, organizational strategy, or operational optimization
Experience developing and implementing consulting frameworks or methodologies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and data visualization software
Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to mentor and develop team members effectively
Experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives (preferred)
Background in data analysis and quantitative problem-solving (preferred)
Familiarity with industry-specific consulting practices or domain expertise (preferred)

For this position, we provide an initial annual total compensation range, including base salary plus an annual bonus up to 30% . The final offer will be determined within this range based on qualifications, experience and skills.
