Job Description
As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries and communicate with customers using different platforms. Your key tasks include:
Answering customer inquiries
Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing follow‑ups
Optimizing follow‑up processes to improve customer satisfaction
Defining and implementing targeted sales strategies for individual dealers
Qualifications
We are looking for a passionate, team‑oriented colleague who brings initiative and results. The ideal Candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communication or a related field, and:
Computer literacy, especially MS Office
Fluent level of English
Previous experience in customer contact considered a huge plus
Great problem‑solving and communication skills
Experience in planning complex schedules of activities
