We’re structuring our first enterprise commercial team and we’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive who can land six‑figure deals with infrastructure owners, large developers, and top‑tier general contractors. You’ll work side by side with the CCO and the co‑founders on the most strategic enterprise deals. You are the deal closer of the Italian commercial engine.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 30–50 target accounts (infrastructure owners, utilities, top developers, top general contractors)
Run the full cycle from qualified meeting to close: discovery, demo coordination, business case, negotiation, contract
Build and manage multi‑stakeholder relationships (BIM Manager, Technical Director, CFO, Procurement, Top Management): you can navigate a complex enterprise organization
Apply MEDDPICC with discipline and manage the pipeline in Hub Spot, keeping forecasts reliable
Work closely with SDR/BDR on qualified inbound and generate your own targeted outbound on top accounts
Attend industry events (MIPIM, SAIE, ANCE) as the commercial face of Now Vision
Contribute to defining pricing, packaging, and playbooks alongside the CCO: you’re not just an executor, you’re a co‑author of the go‑to‑market
Qualifications
Must‑have
6+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, AEC/Con Tech software, real estate software, or industrial tech
Closed deals with ACV €50k+ and 6–12 month sales cycles
Know the Italian enterprise procurement world: tenders, RFPs, capitolati, contractual conditions, framework agreements
Comfortable with C‑level stakeholders: CFO, CTO, COO, Technical Directors, Site Directors
Master MEDDPICC or analogous frameworks and apply them with discipline (not just words in the CRM)
Italian native speaker, fluent English (some clients have foreign HQs)
Comfortable with Hub Spot (or equivalent enterprise CRM)
Nice‑to‑have
Direct experience in construction, infrastructure, real estate, utilities, oil&gas, or industrial tech
Existing network with Italian infrastructure owners (FS, ANAS, Terna, Snam, A2A, etc.) or large developers (COIMA, Hines, Lendlease, Prelios)
Experience in early‑stage startups / scale‑ups post Seed or Series A
Knowledge of BIM, site management, SAL and acceptance processes
