Role Summary
Responsible for defining and executing the United Imaging Partner Strategy to drive sustainable business growth through a structured and compliant partner ecosystem.
Acts as the main point of contact for assigned partners. Leads co‑creation and execution of joint business plans, ensures partner capability development aligned with the Partner Excellence Framework, and drives achievement of annual targets across modalities and services.
Operates within a hybrid go‑to‑market model, ensuring clear alignment between partner‑led and UIH‑led activities, and supporting optimal territory coverage in line with country and regional strategy.
Reports directly to the Country General Manager, with a dotted line to Business Partner Management (BPM) to ensure governance, compliance, and consistent implementation of the partner framework across markets.
Depending on business size and complexity, the role may manage one or multiple partners.
Key Areas Of Responsibilities

Understand partners’ business model, ecosystem, and market positioning to ensure alignment with UIH BPM strategy
Lead joint business planning and execution, driving growth across equipment and services
Develop partner capabilities in line with the Partner Excellence Framework (skills, tools, processes, compliance)
Support hybrid go‑to‑market execution aligned with Country GM direction
Ensure funnel hygiene, visibility, and predictability at modality level (pipeline coverage, data quality, stage progression)
Support strategic and complex opportunities to improve qualification, conversion, and win rate
Manage partner lifecycle (selection, onboarding, development, evaluation)
Drive performance and accountability (pipeline quality, OIT, revenue growth, overdues)
Ensure governance and process discipline (DMS, SFDC, compliance)
