Benefits Develop and implement pricing strategies, frameworks and policies to ensure consistency and discipline
Drive commercial excellence by standardizing sales processes, tools, and ways of working across teams
Analyze sales performance, profitability and market dynamics to deliver actionable leadership insights
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align strategy with execution
Ensure adherence to pricing policies, tender processes, and governance, mitigating contracting risks
Qualifications Degree in Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
Strong financial acumen with understanding of P&L and margin drivers
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and present solutions credibly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in pricing strategy and tender management
Proficiency in CRM platforms, Power BI, and analytical tools
Structured selling methodologies familiarity (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Miller Heiman)
Experience in market analysis and cross-functional collaboration
